This was drawn several years ago. I've had a few spiritual experiences in my lifetime. A few...peeks on the other side of the veil. I'm rarely fond of it. One night however, I began drawing and felt a little...overcome. Possessed is not quite the right word for it but there was definitely some strong energy. The final product ended up being this. I was so energized that night...only to find myself the next, exhausted and feeling drained.
To this day I'm still uncertain who or what the image means. Yet at the same time I can feel it trying to speak volumes to me. I suppose I don't know how to listen. Done in pastel, pen and marker. |
